Sheltering beneath the Giant’s Cup in the unspoiled Southern Natal Drakensberg National Park, a World Heritage site, just 12 km from Sani Pass, lies a little known secluded valley on the Pholela River catchment. The lake which takes its name from the trout farm nestling in the valley is one of a chain of five that dot this pristine waterway.
